You confirm that it is lawful for you to access and use online gambling services in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that your participation on ed98 does not violate the laws of your jurisdiction. Users accessing ed98 from Prohibited Territories do so at their own risk and may have their accounts closed without prior notice.
Each individual person is permitted to hold one (1) active Account on ed98 at any time. Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or used by any person other than the registered Account holder. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same individual — whether by IP address, device fingerprint, bank account, or other means — all associated accounts may be suspended pending investigation.
By registering, you confirm that you are acting in your own name, in your right mind, and that you are not acting under duress or for the benefit of a third party. ed98 does not permit accounts to be registered or operated on behalf of another person.
To register an Account on ed98, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile number. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change.
ed98 is required to verify the identity of all registered Players before processing withdrawal requests or releasing certain bonuses. KYC verification may require submission of one or more of the following:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify ed98 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. ed98 shall not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
ed98 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Bank Connect, direct bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard debit cards, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC). The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.
All Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made via cryptocurrency will be converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting. ed98 does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals may only be made by the registered Account holder and must be directed to a payment method in the Account holder's own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals are processed within five (5) minutes for verified accounts during standard operating conditions. ed98 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal.
ed98 operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into any Account and to delay or refuse withdrawal requests pending satisfactory completion of AML checks. Where required, we may report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ed98 reserves the right to deduct a monthly administration fee from dormant Account balances after written notice has been provided to the registered email address. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to prevent dormancy charges.
ed98 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion in addition to these general Terms. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover requirements") before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a 15x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus means RM1,500 must be staked before withdrawal is permitted). Failure to complete wagering requirements within the specified time frame will result in expiry of the bonus balance.
ed98 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; low-risk arbitrage betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; collusion between players; and exploitation of technical errors. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and associated bonus balances forfeited.
The ed98 Birthday Bonus is credited annually to eligible Players based on their registered VIP tier. The Referral Bonus of RM38 per successful referral is paid upon the referred player completing registration and making a qualifying first deposit of at least RM50. Both bonuses are subject to standard wagering requirements. ed98 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus programme at any time with reasonable notice.
Players who deposit using supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC) receive an additional 2% deposit bonus, up to a maximum of RM688 per transaction. This bonus is credited automatically within fifteen (15) minutes of deposit confirmation and is subject to standard wagering requirements.
All bets placed on ed98 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or game type. General betting rules that apply across all products are outlined below.
All bets are subject to acceptance by ed98 and are not confirmed until a bet reference number has been issued. ed98 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason. In cases of technical errors, system outages, or obvious pricing mistakes, ed98 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to the availability of live market feeds. Bets accepted during obvious data delays or disconnections may be voided at ed98's discretion. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure their internet connection is stable when placing live bets.
Mix Parlay bets combine multiple individual selections into a single wager. If one or more selections are void, the parlay will be recalculated based on the remaining valid selections. If all selections are void, the stake will be refunded. Minimum and maximum stake limits for Mix Parlay bets are displayed in the betting interface.
All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. ed98 does not manipulate game outcomes. Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available for each game within the game information panel. Malfunction of any game voids all related plays and stakes are refunded.
ed98 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets or game sessions. Maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant game or market. Any winings exceeding the stated maximum may be adjusted to the applicable limit at ed98's discretion.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ed98 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:
All content on the ed98 Platform — including but not limited to software, logos, design elements, text, graphics, game interfaces, and data feeds — is the proprietary property of ed98 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without ed98's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ed98 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions whether express or implied, in relation to the Platform and any services provided thereon.
ed98 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service — except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ed98 takes all reasonable steps to maintain continuous Platform availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for their own internet connectivity and device security.
In all cases, ed98's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.
ed98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably believe that: a breach of these Terms has occurred; fraudulent activity is suspected; AML checks require investigation; the Account holder is under21 years of age; or continued operation of the Account presents regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to ed98.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting ed98 support via Live Chat or email. Upon closure, any real-money Balance (subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recent withdrawal method, subject to standard processing times and KYC verification.
Players who wish to exclude themselves from ed98 for responsible gambling reasons may request a self-exclusion period through our support team or via the responsible gambling settings in their Account dashboard. Self-excluded accounts will not receive promotional communications for the duration of the exclusion period. See Section 12 for further details on our responsible gambling tools.

You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must close your Account before the amendments take effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ed98 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, save where mandatory local consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
